Return Policy
Should you wish to return an item to our inventory, there will be a 20% restocking fee and shipping & handling will not be refunded. If the item is defective outside the normal product quality then we will gladly replace or refund the item at the discretion of our claims department. All damaged goods, and defects are to be reported to us within five (5) business days after your shipment was received. Since we self-insure all shipments, you need not pay for insurance. Replacements or refunds are the sole discretion of our claims department. If an item is returned because the customer does not "like" it, then the return policy and fees apply. PayPal policies advise that the buyer must pay for return fees. This is in all cases and return shipping is never paid by our company, except in rare situations. Return shipping and handling will not be reimbursed for any refused order. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

Backorder Policy
Should an item not be available when your order is placed, you will be notified. We do our best to replenish our stock as soon as possible.

Shipping Policies
You may order from our site with full confidence that you will be 100% satisfied or we will gladly replace any item or items that you return within thirty days of receipt, or refund your purchase price. We self insure all shipments. Damaged or missing merchandise must be reported within 5 days from the date of receipt. Replacements will be shipped and, if necessary, pre-paid return labels will be mailed to you for return of the damaged merchandise. Returns of non-damaged goods are accepted with prior authorization and there is a restocking fees of 20% . No returns are accepted after 45 days. We are NOT to be held liable for any damages NOT reported by the customer after 15 days. ALL returns are paid by the customer. Although we do offer 100% customer satisfaction, this always applies to the customer compliance with the 30 days rule. After thirty days, most items carry an additional manufacturer’s warranty that you will receive with the item. We ship all orders via United Parcel Service (UPS), but do from time to time use alternative shipping methods.
Shipping and Handling charges include actual freight charges and a nominal fee for packaging and other costs in preparing your order for delivery. The minimum charge for freight is based on a one pound package. The first pound is the most expensive. Additional pounds are much less expensive. Therefore the more you order, the cheaper the shipping cost per item will be.
Most orders are processed during the first 48 business hours, however we request that you allow up to four business days during busy times. If an item is ordered then canceled, there is no charge and your funds will be refunded, UNLESS the item has gone through the packing process, then there will be a small charge to offset packaging costs and labor
